CSRA Map

I work with the home buyers and sellers of the CSRA, the Central Savannah River Area. The CSRA includes a13-counties region in Georgia and five counties in South Carolina. The two states are bordered by the Savannah River and thus providing the name. The two largest cities within the CSRA are Augusta, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina.

"As of the 2010 American Community Survey from the U.S. Census Bureau, the CSRA had a total population of 709,433, and the six-county Augusta-Richmond County Metropolitan Statistical Area (at the center of the CSRA) had a population of 543,738., making it the second largest in the State of Georgia."

My main business focus is in Georgia working with Columbia County, Richmond County, McDuffie County and in South Carolina with Aiken County. Our area is unique that it covers several counties and that each county is made up of several towns.

Columbia County--towns of Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Appling, and Harlem
Richmond County--towns of Augusta,  Blythe, and Hephzibah
McDuffie County--towns of Thomson, Dearing
Aiken County-- towns of North Augusta, Jackson, Burnettown, Monetta, New Ellenton, Perry, Salley, Wagener, Windsor, Belvedere, Clearwater, Gloverville, Bath, Beech Island, Graniteville, Langley, Vaucluse, and Warrenville

We are lucky to have such a wide array of recreational and cultural opportunities available in the area. For water lovers, Strom Thrumond Lake is just 20-30 minutes from Augusta depending on which of the many recreational areas you choose to visit. The Savannah River boarders the area and you can rent kayaks and bicycles at Savannah Rapids and explore the Augusta Canal downtown by taking part in a boat tour. For families, there are many parks within the Columbia County Parks system that will fill a full day! The Columbia County Library located in Evans has multiple playsets and in the summer it has a splash pad for the kids and a walking track and amphitheater for the parents! The Richmond County Parks system offers many parks and services. You can take a nice walk and see some great scenery of the Savannah River at the Augusta Riverwalk. If you are interested in the arts, don't miss the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art, Augusta Museum of History, Imperial Theatre, James Brown Arena, The Morris Museum of Art, Sacred Heart Cultural Center, Lucy Craft Laney Museum of Black History, and the Boyhood home of President Woodrow Wilson.
